Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order & the country where the order is being shipped to.
To determine the exact shipping cost for an order, add the items to your basket & go to checkout. The Shipping cost will be displayed.
All software orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Postal Service. Orders received by 3.30pm, Mon - Fri are generally shipped the same business day.
Orders for PCs and some hardware will be shipped by courier. This service is NOT available outside mainland UK or the Scottish Highlands (call 0870 740 6575 if you're in doubt.)
Returns
CDs & DVDs. Returns will only be accepted for defective products.
There is a 30-day guarantee for damaged CDs & DVDs.
If a CD or DVD is damaged during shipping, please state which one and a replacement copy will be sent to you free of charges, including shipping.
If an entire set of Linux CDs is damaged, then please return the CDs and a replacement copy will be sent to you free of charges, including shipping.
Shipping is not covered for the return of packages.
Returned CDs and DVDs should be sent with a copy of your invoice and clear details of the problems encountered.

No refunds or exchange for other products will be allowed.
